The Universal Valve tester is used to Test all valves. For this project I updated the existing test, improved documentation, added capability for new valves, and built 3 new test boxes for manufacturing use.

Contributions:
• Duplicated 2 boxes from existing schematic and wire run list.
• Redesigned third box for use in Korea, taking into account 220v for all components, and
different power plug.
• Built harnessing to add test capability for 3 additional valves.
• Created BOMs and WRLs for new harnessing and test procedures for new
valves.
• Created DraftSight drawings for box panel cutouts.
• Updated BOM for test box.

Internal Wiring of Test

Used Drill to drill holes and cutouts for all components and installed them on enclosure. Components include: Power supply, terminal block, switches, LED, Pneumatic valve, Pressure regulator, pressure readback, cable gland, and CPC.

Harnessing

Created new harnessing and accompanying BOM and WRL. Added test capability for 3 new valves.

Proved out test with valves borrowed from production. Took pictures and created procedures for each unique valve.
